why is your stuff not featured yet amazing love it. nothing to say to change. Ill play it for a few weeks with my buds and get back to you if we think anything should change. got one friend whos meant for nothing but that. but it looks like another perfection. well done. 10/10 from this thread, nothing i can see that i would do differently.
Thanks, there are other maps that deserve the feature more than mine but if one of my maps were to earn a spot on the home page, I'd **** bricks. They literally spend months on my HD before they grace my file share. I take a lot of time to fix "the little things" and to perfect gameplay.
I will be downloading and I'll give you my comment as soon as I play on it. Looks epic from the pictures though.
He neutral Rep'd me saying; "u suck ass" HAHAHAHA. All I need now is a good party to play the map on Linu.
Good luck, I'd like to know what you thought of gameplay. Elimination as I've said is the best thing to play on it. Try to get a party of 6 or higher.
I can see this must have taken time with all the interlocking etc but I don't think it has anything outstanding in. Also why is it called boulevard? 3/5 It's well made and has a good use of space but it's too square and I think some parts could be better.
It did take quite some time, most of which was on the little things. Its an urban style of map, so I thought the name Boulevard was fitting. Could you possibly elaborate on the some parts?
It's really hard to get a party that wants to play because my real-life friends that play are like. 'No, not a foundry map, I HATE foundry..' - even though most of the maps aren't anything like foundry. =/ Only thing from the pictures that I can see that's wrong is the back end of the defenders half. WILL try and get a party and WILL post a review; asap.
Okay, cool. Its annoying when people who dont forge hate foundry. By the back end, do you mean the defenders' base?
This map won me. Love it. design great, game play great, and aesthetics great. again linu, another great map. well done. this one is staying on my map list.
Dang nice job i can tell you really took your time in this because of all the merging i now how big a pain it is to geomerge the open boxes and you made it just fine. Good job.
Thanks, the design was set from the beginning but it was very loose, meaning, I had a rough idea of how I wanted it to turn out and worked around it. The defenders base was something I hated from the orignal Boulevard. I felt it really wasnt up to par to what the rest of the map was. I had a feel I wanted to create in the original, I did that up to 90%. At the time I made the first I was very unfamiliar with merging, now that I know how to properly merge I am very satisfied with the result of Heros Boulevard. Once you have an understanding of merging, pushing open boxes slightly into the ground is one of the more simpler merges to do. Getting things into the crane, they way you want, can be difficult. I speant about 8 tries to get that B Sign into the crane.
