    trying to develop a new lighting style, but I am stuck...I mean thats not even really a place to start, so yeah...How do you do your lighting?

    It took me ages to figure out lighting. So I just start where it's most natural. Example, your current lighting is fine, but it should also be coming from the top. Also, I'm sure you already know, but lighting is a very effective way to make a focal. Too much lighting can ruin a sig though. So if your lighting is coming from the left, but your focal is on the right, you're better off leaving the lighting out. If you're putting the light right next to the the render, then increase contrast of the render.

    Yeah, I realized the lighting on this one was 'off' after I had almost finished it...But theres some nice tips in there I plan on using.

    alot of practice for mine really..

    I always see where the light is and then work according on whether i want to work with or against the light in the original stock.
