Hey, I just put a video onto GameVee.com, and I was wondering how I could download it to my computer and then put it into WIndows Movie Maker. How do I do it?
For Firefox: -Download and install the "Video DownloadHelper" addon for Firefox. -Download this .flv converter to convert the .flv file you will download to avi or mpeg. Place the files in the zip from that file to your desktop or somewhere. -Go to the page where your video is. Next to the URL bar will be an icon moving. click the little arrow to the left of it and click on the video in the box that pops up. -Choose where you'd like to save it. -Open the flvconverter.exe -Click "Add Files" -Navigate and select the flv file you downloaded. -Under Output, click browse and select a place to export the file. -Under Output options, select which file type you'd like to export to. -Make sure the settings are correct and hit Process! It should export it and you can use it for editing and uploading to Youtube and such. You can also use this to extract videos from Youtube. If you don't have Firefox, I'm not sure. This is the process I use. If there is an easier way, please post it.
