Advised by Nitro, I'm here to post a thread in search of help with screenshots. You see, my Xbox One doesn't allow me to create screenshots (or gameclips for that matter) for some unknown reason. Hence my search for screenshots. What I need is someone willing to provide screenshots of my maps so that they can draw attention. Whether you send the screenshots directly to me or post the map under your profile doesn't really matter to me- I just really want to do this. As for the screenshots themselves, it's much preferred that a match be played and screenshots be taken in theater mode, though really any kind of screenshots would be fine. As for the map(s), they're various kinds and are all on Halo 5 But anyway, thanks to Nitro for the idea and you for consideration! (And I'd upload files of the maps in question, but I'm rather new to ForgeHub so I'm certain I'd mess it up)
go to waypoint and gimme the link to the maps, ill hop on and snap some pics. They wont be in the middle of a game though. What kind of map is it?
Go deep into your settings and find the section labeled preferences and/or privacy settings. See if you can find the option that directly allows you to capture/share content. It sounds like you have a child account or an account with parent locks enables.
Screenshots are for big boys. The Xbox One was able to detect the fact that you're obviously not mature enough to handle it. Seems like it's working as intended.
I've experimented with those settings a multitude of times, but to no avail. I've cycled it on and off, on then power cycling, off then power cycling, etc etc. Alas, nothing seems to work.
see if you can install on a PC with windows 10 and then take your screenshots that way. hint: if you increase the resolution on the PC side, you get even smoother looking screens than those relying on XB1
