You should do like an electabuzz or electric type and have them with a power drainer, plasma grenade(s), sentinel beam, and something else. Sentinel beams own.
actually contrary to popular beleif it is not the pokemon is actually the variables for the name 'old man' so technically your catching game code BUT his glitch companions are used as filler slots and can be only found using the advanced mew trick missingno yes is not a pokemon but his companions technically count as unregistered unlicensed pokemon without proper sprites put in only to fill the 252 byte slot as their IS only 151 pokemon in that slot (hacker knowledge FTW) besides if you encounter the ghost form it looks just like a pokemon so i see no reason not to include it
mew vs. mewtwo would be a battle of epic praportions! mew could have invis. flare, plasmas, sword, and plasma rife!( the one that is purple and is after the plasma pistol.) also nine tails is awesome and could have firebomb nades, flare sword, and spiker! it would be cool.
actually missingo is normally in the form of either a glitched image or a garados for some reason and is either hacked or you do a glitch that makes it appear instead of any pokemon until you turn off the game. also how would you do missingo considering it has no moves and if you save the game after capturing it the game dies. now back on topic when will you b making this map becuase I would like to help if thats ok.
UMMM play red and blue than come back k? because this is common red/blue pokemon hackers knowledge well maybe not common but its true (at least in red/blue) also its move set in red/blue is fly water gun and once again water gun(yes two waterguns weird eh?) so its pretty easy to implement. besides he is only doing pokemon in red/blue right? so it is perfectly safe to include him
no he doesnt know fly he know sky attack. but i think that he should not be in the linubidix's pokemon classes map because its not a pokemon just like the other pokemon after 251

I gather that you didnt see these 3 electic pokemon I will probably not do any more electric pokemon. Its a glitch that appears in the very first few pokemon gameboy games. It can be catchable but it can only be seen after doing certain actions. Well I'm willing to take any suggestions or help, so when the time comes to start work on the map, I'll let everyone know. Also, after this small debate about Missingno I may not include it. It knows fly (or sky attack?) and Water Gun twice? It'd be a bit awkward to pull it off.

Dont stop with the suggestions, if everything works right, the maximum I can have it 20. But I want to hear more suggestions and narrow down the ones I use to make sure I'm incorporating the best ones and I want to make sure that it remains balanced as well.
you havnt used the beam rifle much so i was thinking slowbro? slowbro/ slowpoke- beam rifle for psychic, plasma rifle for water gun, regen for amnesia. another feature to make slowbro better you should make it that his teleporter becomes like 30 secs into the game making it as if he is slow or cloyster- beam rifle for ice beam/aurora beam, grav hammer for tackle or plasma rifle for water gun, bubble shield for withdraw
