Well, in V1 the text doesn't make sense because if the person was dead it would be a flat line...

For all of the versions, the edges of the line are very bumpy; you should try to smooth them out. The way that you staggered the outline a few pixels off of the main line is really weird, its like looking at a 3d movie without wearing 3d glasses, which just looks weird. The text is too blurry as well.

It is a good concept, and overall they are pretty good.

The average heart beat of a person is between 60-100 beats per minute. Now, assuming that your "Bps" is beats per second means that that persons heart is 30 beats per second, that is 30 times the average which should be between 1 and 1.666666666666666666667 beats per second.

So, I contend that this isn't realistic because the patients heart would have exploded.
