Hello there, I am not really familiar with the ForgeHub's forum, however it’s a long time I want to write this thread. My question is in the title, « Have you ever heard Halo.fr » I am not here to make pure advertising, it is more to talk community in general, but I have to present briefly the website before. So as you probably thought, we are a french website talking about Halo in general, from translation of official news to community highlighting. The website is divided in several parts : official news, community (highlighting of french and internationnal content, events and community section), french Halo wiki, forum and YouTube channel. To give you an idea of the organisation, we are around 25-30 people working on Halo.fr and in term of frequentation, it’s similar to ForgeHub. The point is that ForgeHub and Halo.fr are in term of frequentation, the two most important fan website about Halo in the world, but we never have any interaction just because of the frontier of language. For 2 or 3 years now, I am trying to develop the forge division of Halo.fr, We made chronicles, articles, videos, video tutorials and even a forge contest in 2017. To give you some examples The chronicle : « La salle des cartes » which meant « the card room » : https://www.halo.fr/communaute/39649/la-salle-des-cartes-23-cartes-funs/ The chronicle : « Forge Domaine » : https://www.halo.fr/communaute/34626/34626/ Map presentation : Forge tutorials : The article presenting the finalists of the forge contest : https://www.halo.fr/communaute/37893/concours-forge-votez-pour-le-gagnant/ If I tell you « ZaelKyria », « ChevalierLubra », « Arker Spectre », « Nazareth » or « Playbox36 », I think you recognized at less one person and all of them are a part of french forger’s community. I am always trying to motivate people to come on this website, it’s obviously the most important hub about forge (you catched it ?) but the lack of knowledge ‘bout international community has a definitely anchored. That’s the point : the lack of knowledge of the community and why I am posting that thread (more than « hello, we are existing »). I can't say what is exactly the objective of this thread, I just wanted to explain that, because I think it can interests someone and maybe you will have ideas or note about that.
I've heard of you guys. Brusky told me about Halo.fr awhile back.It's very interesting to hear about Halo communities in other countries, especially ones where there's a language barrier. We're happy to have you all here! Hopefully we can collaborate more in the future!
It was the Bang Bang TV, a famous French team making machinimas. During the Halo 3 - Reach period, it was a ****ing legend in France and it is still the case now. The Leader RedLink6 was in the Halo.fr YouTube channel Team before.

(I'm one more person you've motivated to post on Forgehub) (I'm french guy, friend of Erydhil, and Halo.fr (HFR in my name) member too! Accueille mes amis, I never heard of Halo.fr so I am glad you posted here! I flipped through some of the forge maps on the site, there is some great content there. Welcome to ForgeHub, I hope to see you guys hop over more often. Don't worry about your English skills, a lot of us have English as a second language as well.
