"Have fun on this map.." is a great intermediate puzzle map filled with jumping challenges followed by great mental problems. Many of these challenges have not yet been attempted on sandbox, and our map building "team" truly believe that we have accomplished a great, fun, and exciting feat by creating this map.

The map consists of certain jumps that will strain your jumping skills, form crouch jumping to the basic ones. Be sure to look around you to open new paths, and don't miss a single detail. This map will be frustrating as hell if you do. Guaranteed.

This is our first attempt at a puzzle map, but I hope that you enjoy! Try doing this 2v2 or 3v3 with some friends... It's a lot harder to finish but twice as fun! Don't view all the screenshots if you want a real challenge. Its a big map, and you'll be overwhelmed by all its challenges.

    Here are some screenshots:

    Self-explanatory start

These tunnel jumps are hard; you miss, you die.

The classic sandbox maze. Four of the five dead ends lead you to your death. Have fun figuring out which one.

The second half is for you to figure out without screenshots.
My record time is 2:32 minutes. Try and beat it!

I also need a capturer to capture (preferably in HD) a walkthrough. Message me if possible.

Expect a second puzzle map from us!

This map looks pretty cool, I have to say. But not too cool to download. :)
    3/5.

Yay, I love all these Sandbox jump maps lately, glad to see another.

I played it and beat it, and it was a bit too easy. The jumps were all fairly short which didn't really make it challenging. The best part was the maze which was made pretty well actually.

3/5 for this map because it is on Sandbox, and you incorporated a switch into a jump map, which I haven't seen yet, and there a a little bit of interlocking which isn't required in a jump map, but can make it a little better. Continue making these, but try to make it a bit longer than this one, and more challenging. I like your creativity, and I want to see more unique things in your maps to come.

YouTube - Halo 3 - Jump Map - Have fun on this map.. Complete is here if the embedded thing doesn't work. Be sure to watch the video in High Quality when it is possible.

Oh, and I beat your record, and could do it faster if I did curve jumps around the Deployable cover part, and cheated in a few other areas by skipping jumps, but I'm sure you wanted a video finishing it the correct way.

One last thing. I noticed a pallet with a firebomb on it in the second picture you posted, it this supposed to have a purpose? Was I not supposed to shoot the fusion coils and just throw the firebomb at it, sorry if I did it wrong.

It looks cool, but there have been a lot of sandbox jump maps lately, and this one doesn't look that great of a jump map. But good job on making the map, of cource, judging from the photos.

Thanks for the writeup! It's greatly appreciated. I also want to greatly thank you for the Youtube video; it helps explain the physics a lot.

As for the firebomb pallets: they're nicknamed "suicide pallets." They are simply a way to embarass yourself when you miss a jump. Just for the hell of it!

Because you responded so well to this, we will make an all new more fun and challenging map. If younwant to take any part in it, lemme know! You'll be the first to test it both ways. I'm planning to make it look a lot better aethetically as well.

    Thanks again!

Nice, fun jump map. The name is cool too. I'd give it a 4/5. I wouldn't call it a puzzle map though, just a jump map. There was no point where I didn't know what to do, just points where I couldn't make the jump.

So you're saying that you got the maze first try? You didn't have to use the switch at all!? That's impressive.

On the other hand, I so have to admit that the jumps were a little on the easy side. That's something we'll look into next time we forge a puzzle map like this.

    Thanksbfornthe advice!
