Level from the campaign. At the beggining some people spawn at a chrashed pelican with weapons around it. There is a big building that is a spiral leading to the top. There are grav lifts and portable grav lifts on the way if you dont want to walk all the way up there. At the top there is a teleporter that leads underneath it, which is the room where srg Johnson dies and the monitor. A little bit into the game, a ridge will appear, which is what you used to keep going after you defeated the monitor. This ridge has a sniper on it Pics The Top: Ridge with sniper: Overview of structure: In monitor room: Crashed pelican: Closer picture of structure: Click Here to download
i dont get what your talking about. lol but if i did i'm sure it would be cool and to biggles i see that he did use some interlocking but there could be a bit more, sometimes its hard for newer people but nice attempt
looks like a good try banana peel. i would have never thought of recreating this and for that good job even though some areas look like they need to be cleaned up. at least your getting used to interlocking
1 2 3 Please do not spam, you did it three times in one thread. A decent representation of the final level of Halo, not bad, but can be a lot neater in my opinion.
This is a very orginal (and good) idea, but the map needs to be cleaned up. You owe it to yoursef to make this map the best it can be. Here are a few tips for interlocking, my friend: use bridges and barriers to mark the angle of the object you phase out, but keep the marker far enough from the edge of the object to prevent interference. Use weapon holders to indicate an object's height, or location of the object's center. Alternatively, you could use air-spawned traffic cones, set them to never respawn, and use their hovering spawn points to map out the perimeters of an object you cannot see. All the measuring tools you need are right there in your inventory.
the structure may not be interlocked but it still looks cool and is huge and really is an homage to the last level. The pelican a bit of a stretch though.
Yeah Me neither I never was good at interlocking either. Hell i've been working on a map for over a month just to get the interlocking just right. (i still am working on it)
ya im trying to get better at interlocking, it just takes forever to get it perfect. I guess im not a forging god.
