See how the elite is face to face with the other elite? It's obviously an execution, but player A isn't behind player B like other executions.

Why can't the one in the trailer be like that just in spartan vs spartan Mortal Kombat FINISH HIM! form? I think it'll be in the final game; hell it might even be in the beta somewhere but you have to do some crazy **** to get it.

 

Those elites are facing each other because the assassination is me behind him, landing on him, flipping him over, and making him eat his dagger.

 

I got a skullamanjaro today, but why have they not made a medal for it!!

 

A couple medals haven't been made yet. One of my friends got a medal and when we looked into the medal list after the match, the medal description was there but the image wasn't there. So yeah, lame but oh well.

 

Also I have a love for the grenade launcher.

Me: "Whats the map?"
Friend: "Power Hou--"
Me: "GRENADE LAUNCHER!!!" *proceeds to sprint for the grenade launcher*

I just love the ability to shoot a grenade when you know someone is coming in a room. Fire it off, hold the trigger, wait for them to walk over it, BOOM. Owned =D

I LOVE grenade launching all the way across the map, and getting direct hit medals, when you haven't even seen the player.
Done it twice across map, one was bounced about a mile away.

 

Who else is already bored of the beta?

 

Nobody, especially since Invasion comes out today.

What time is the beta updating?

 

Hopefully it gets updated in the next 7 hours cause I would like to play Invasion when I get up.

 

I'm gonna guess sometime in the next 3 hours, the beta was released "early morning" and so are all the double xp weekends, so I'm basing my guess off that. Remember, its only like 7:44 over at bungie, so they're probably just getting ready to launch it.

We are totally getting the use of jackle shields

 

Just a guess or is there proof?

 

From the books, Spartans always picked up Jackal shields and PP's when they killed them. UNSC based mark V shield tech on Jackal shields. Spartan III's are weaker and must be more resourceful, thus use things such as this more often.

As for in game stuff: Code says shield generator is an AA and they added skirmishers, who don't use a shield thus there would be less shields around to pick up. I think I had a bit more last night but kinda forgot.
