Is there a better Halo RPG like place to go to besides Black Water Ops?? they are so innactive its not even funny....
Better yet, make your own. Start forging maps and neighborhoods, and get a group going. You can get famous for this. This also belongs in the Halo discussion, because the title has 'halo' in it, and it deals with Halo. Again, start forging your own little neighborhood using techniques from Forging 101 and getting help from the community, and your on your way to fame. This kind of role playing would require plenty of honor rules though. Start sketching it up.
