   For some reason when I open it, it takes me to this one website explaining how to edit maps, but no program to edit them with. Any solutions?

   Do you have Halo: Custom Edition installed?
   
   Do you have Halo Editing Kit (HEK) installed?
   
   I'm assuming that's what your talking about.
