Fantastic looking map my friend. I've had a quick run around and love how good the map looks . The only slight criticism I have is the L bend walk way leading down to the rocky area has a lot of the Rocks protruding through the railing making it feel a little messy compared to the rest of the map. The only other thing is probably just personal preference but I don't like the blast Sheld on top of the Rock formation and the extra damage power up.I feel they change the level a bit to much. But apart from these small gripes I really love your remake of guardian and look forward to seeing more of your work.
Thanks alot for your advice, I'm kind of new with forge haven't made maps since halo 3. But I will work on the background for the L Bend and I wasn't sure what to replace the bubble shield with was thinking about speed boost but map is already small so went with damage boost. I'll end up taking it off or see what ppl think about what should be there. I'm also working on the Lighting, again thanks alot xRAGEx3675. I'm Working on The Pit now!
I see you updated it to work a bit more with the Halo 5 mechanics (clamber for S1 to S2 area. The color palette and reimagination looks very well put together. I agree the elbow area and bottom green area could use a bit of work also. I would call it a bit more of a reimagination over a remake though, I do really enjoy the updated theme though! Also when uploading, try doing a few screenshots and sharing them as well (on the xbox press the xbox dashboard button twice quickly and then press Y and it will save a screenshot, from there you can find your videos and screenshots on xboxdvr.com) Please place your gamertag in the description so everyone can find you on xbox and download the map (even if it's the same as your username as that is not always the case)
Ok so I took your guys advice and updated the map. I fix The L Bend and looks alot better than before, I also took off Damage Boost. I added Cameras and Animation Locations and fixed Lighting around the map. I also made the walls in Sword room larger because you could jump over them before. Im trying to add Pictures to this post but it keeps saying the file is too large, is it because of my 3 min Video? If so should I make a new post? I added Pictures on my Xbox Live Gamer Tag Lil Red Ro0ster, with a zero. Sorry I am new to this site but I am learning!
