Hey all, got another beginner question for ya.

If I'm creating symmetrical gametypes like CTF Classic, Neutral Bomb, and Team Slayer, what ramifications does "Team" have in the Object Options panel? I noticed I can set Attacker, Defender, Team 3, etc. and then I can also set the Object Color to "Team Color" to get a different shade of red, blue etc.

Does this mean anything for these gametypes? Or because there's no attacking/defending team it's merely aesthetic.

    Thanks for your time!

If I remember correctly, those colors will only show up in Team Specific gametypes, IF there's a team that corresponds to the color. In other words, if you were to use the Green Team Color, it will only show if there's a green team in the game. In an FFA gametype, no colors will show up. I can't recall if Team Colors can be labeled for specific gametypes or not.

This is just from memory, so I may be wrong.

I used ‘team colours’ on my map and I believe the colours always show up, at least in team-gametypes. Never tried in FFA settings..
