I can't really help you with beginner jump Maps, since I have no Idea about Jumping, but I always loved Jumping Flower by Xang, he got some other great jumping Maps too, like his new one Limitations. Just look around in Mini Game Maps and you'll find a lot of jumping Maps, or use the Search Function. You can find all the forging you need at Forging 101, especially Ghost Merging is helpful, furthermore our beautiful Map Design Theory is worth reading.
