this is my 4th map post on forgehub. Feel free to give any concerns or criticism.

as the last remaining rock and plant species dying out, a few are preserved in a greenhouse. Protect them with your life. This map was started by building around a random tree until it became what you see now. It is a asymmetrical map great for slayer, team slayer, crazy king(my favorite), swat(havent tried but i think it would work really well), oddball, Juggernaut and headhunter. the glass gives a very decorative look and sense of where the players are at always without being able to always kill them

    Weapons
    concussion rifle
    gravity hammer
    shotgun
    Dmr x2
    magnum x2
    spiker x2
    plasma pistol x2
    health pack x3

This is the tree i built the map around

I love these aesthetics, with glass windows everywhere. One suggestion I have though, is to change the color of the objects around the map to help players orient themselves. So you have a blue area, a red area, a green area, etc...

alright well there is probably going to be a version 2 because with a full group there is a little slowdown from what i saw so i will change that when i try to fix the frame rate problem. But i think the frame rate problem only ocurrs because of how many fused windowed i used....Anyway thank you for your advice/criticism

From My experience, framerate issues occur due to the game trying to render every object on screen at once, even if they aren't visible to the player. For example, If you put your whole map behind a wall, and looked at it from the outside, it would slow down the game a little, but if you looked anywhere else, the framerate would return to normal. Thats just from my experience anyway. If you do make a V2 (and please do), Just see if you can find some unnecessary objects, or places where you can compromise, like 2 1x1 blocks being replaced by a 2x2

OP: I really like the look of this map, the octagon planters are a new take on the round ones that seem to be a favourite of "tree maps". The glass gives the map a more spacious feel, and from what I can tell, a greater sense of wherabouts team members and the opposing team are, this is a generally good trait to have in a map, as long as it is executed well... You don't want people being able to see the enemy and either never get to them, or be able to shoot them from anywhere on the map afterall.

Overall, it looks like you've really planned and thought this out, well done ^_^

    Edited by merge:

I will be posting a version either today or tomorrow 9depending on some thing) but i fixed the frame rate and moved the team spawns farther away as i felt they were to close and fixed a small kill boundry problem in the map. Overall its aalot better because now theres no lag
