Map looks absolutely amazing. I especially like the sniper spawn. Maybe you should add a longer description, though.
Just checked it out and I noticed you have a lot of flooring (walls and boxes) set not to spawn at start. While you do have the run-time maximums set to full on all the items, there is still a small delay for them to spawn in the map. I would suggest takin a little time to go back to set them all to spawn at start to avoid people slipping into cracks where they shouldn't belong and get stuck under the map. As for the geometry, its a pretty good design, looks a tad bit rushed here and there, but I can deal with it... still funcionts fine (aside from the not spawning at start part). Im not a huge dan of the equipment hub on the upper level. Itd be too easy to throw the radar jammer, then toss the bubble shield down and pick up the power drain in just a matter of seconds, if not to effectively use the items, but to stalemate them from play altogether. Consider spreading them out around the map a bit. I think it would lend itself to more exciting, balanced matches that way. With a couple touch ups this could be a really nice map. Keep forgin
well this looks like it would be fun as far as looks go tho an odd array of walls and bridges dont look good... but the bridge ramp was nice... seems to have playability weapons r right... not sure i like the open box/ w/ a fence... but oh well other than that is looks good i will rate.................................................. ......... . . .. 4/5
You're really a good forger. Your map is nice and almost everything in your map is interlocked. A well-done map indeed. I bet you spent hours making this map (How many?PM me.). Excellent job dude!
Looks really good, especially the bridge ramps The one part i don't like is the bridge floor, which looks a little messy and unsorted. I suggest putting all bridges facing one direction. That way, it doesn't look like a couple of rugs on top of eachother. Like Lightsout225 said, set them to respawn at start yes. It's easiest. Where does the triangle hole in the wall floor go? i suggest you fill it in if it doesn't go anywhere. I cannot do a forge-through like i normally do since my xbox is being repaired for RLOD in Germany, but the screenshots makes it look really good! Keep up the good work, i expect to see more from you.
This looks like a good map, but what's with the bridge floors in the 4th picture. They're all scattered around. All in all a good map with great gameplay 4/5.
Yeah I agree with the Bridges as a floor, it looks messy and you should clean it up. The rest of the map looks awesome, and very innovative. It's great how you used alot of parts and closed up the whole map. The differences in heights make this an very realistic map and the design and layout is amazing. I love the Sniper spawn.
The bridge floor looks messy, but the rest of the map is very well made. Great use of interlocking, and I like the layout too.
When I tested the map the flooring spawned as usual I don't know why that was happening to you I'll fix it right away
The interlocking is good, but the way it was done makes it look sloppy. I have dl'ed the map and will check it out later.
reminds me of unchained a bit, and the bridge floor bords looks a little neh. but over all this looks like a pretty well built map, ill dl, but i think what lightsout said about things not spawning at start is a problem. and shows you didnt test it.
For the people who keep saying the bridges are messy, I have fixed that in V2 and took a picture of it aswell
I like that last picture, it doesn't quite look like anything else. I think that some parts of this map look incredible while others (bridge floor) do not impress me... It seems like you put some effort into this but it needs some more polish. 4/5 EDIT: I hear you have fixed the bridge floor, why haven't you add3d a picture of the improved bridge floor to the thread?
