GLORY PARK Intro: Welcome to Glory Park, my first open-roof asymmetrical map. The inspiration for this map came to me from viewing halo reaches campaign. I am interested in architecture and a few missions from halo reaches campaign really caught my eye. The way that the Mission Exodus had great architecture really inspired me to make this map look like it was something straight out of halo reaches campaign. I specifically designed this map to have many sightlines that were evenly broken-up. Sick of campers that hide behind corners with their shotgun or sword, and wait for you to walk by? Well, there are no corners to hide or camp behind, but more importantly there is no shotgun or sword. This map is about out-thinking your opponent. This is a straight-up competitive map that has non-stop action and is designed to give you the feeling of being in an actual park, not a forged map. Take a look over the “Viewing Platform”. There you can see all of the beautiful scenery of forgeworld, but don’t get too close seeing as I have setup kill-zones outside of the map. There are no jet-packs allowed on this map, so don’t even think about trying to escape. (Sounds more like Alcatraz.) Anyways, download, comment and be sure to leave feedback, thanks. I can clearly se the inspiration for this map's architecture. This is a beautiful map and I can tell I'm going to enjoy playing on it. You manages to mix decent looking gameplay with gorgeous asthetics to make a truly unique map. Great job!
This map is REALLY pretty, better than any I could make I think, you made an interesting move in making it open roof, while both are good I think I would have chosen to make it closed-roof, but then again it takes away from the park feeling. The aesthetics are really nice, the telescope things are really neat, I never would've thought of that, some interesting maps coming from you!

amazing aesthetics on the park is my first comment...you have the smallest details to bring in the full experiance of the park in this warzone halo...every detail was though out and shows the map as an aesthetics one not a competive...Im impressed by the aesthetics and the fact that you put it on competive maps but the map seems to be too small and has more detail shown towards the aesthetics than the gameplay...on that note I would also like to know that weapons so I could have a better idea about the gameplay...overview...impressive aesthetics on the map but it seems too small to be a competive map... edit: my settings have the background as white so I couldnt see the text...at all...well once I figured this out I saw all the text for the map and decided that the gameplay would not work for several reasons...first of all you said you didnt want people to camp but by doing this youve also removed any chance of them getting cover to get their shields back up and people can be killed easly or even spawn camped becasue of this...the second also effects spawn camping...the weapons...the weapons are way too overpowered and can cause people to get quick and easy kills and then have one team in control and just spawn camp...the size of the map also makes it easy to spawn camp this people ...sorry but I belive this is an aesthetic map and in its current state it wouldnt play well as competitive...
Thanks for the comments. The map may SEEM small, but in reality it isn't. Once you get a game on it, you will realize that this map, in fact, isn't as small as it appears. The weapons, really aren't that overpowered. ONE Rocket launcher with 1 extra clip. And two snipers. Not that overpowering..Also, there will be no spawncamping seeing as I have set-up many spawnpoints. This is a hardcore competitive map, camping is not an option, you will still be able to get your shields back if you are skilled enough. Plain and simple, get some games on it then come back and leave some feedback.

There are so many great aesthetics in this map that it's hard to find a problem anywhere. I love the use of platforms and then using 1x4s to fit in the angle. The tree in the middle brings an excellent center piece to the map. I've been playing on this map for awhile now, so I should have made a comment before. Like all of your maps you provide excellent small team competitive maps that always feature some of the best aesthetics to be found on Forgehub! -Atlas
My buddies and i played this maps in customs just the other day... i FFA i played very well and it looks nice to i couldn't find anything wrong with it great work man!
I really like the design of this map. The simplicity works well and it should be very great for FFA or even competitive 2v2 games. However, the sniper has too much ammo and it'll easily be able to dominate the game. Rockets also have too many shots, and they spawn too close to the Sniper. The hard kill boundary at the top of the map is also a bad idea. Jetpackers wont have any sort of warning before they are killed. Other than that, solid design and I hope to get some games on this soon.
Woah, I hadn't realized anyone commented on this dinosaur of a map Thanks for the comment though, You make very good points. I never could get any games on this because I had the RROD, so I have to agree about the weapons and the kill zones. Let me know if gameplay is at all good.
Dude... next map you make, tell me, so I can make a video showcase for it. The aesthetics look stunning, as usual. I could tell who made the map before I saw the name because of your unique forging aesthetics. Great work!

Very nice map. A KEEPER! The kill zone overhead is very smart, discouraging people from using jet packs. I would make a comment about respawn zones, but it doesn't need any! I think the map is plenty big and well organized. I only wonder if people will think that it is too open with out enough paths up and down to hide or divert through.
The paths are broken up well, as are the lines of sight. The different height variations help break things up more and they also allow you to better see certain areas of the map. Thanks for the comments.
