Does anyone know how to fix the bug where as soon as you spawn in a map it returns you to the home screen, because it is really bugging me and I might have to start again on my map that I'm doing. Any help will be appreciated.
@Mistercheif1171 This might take a while, but could try uninstalling and then re-installing the game. If something's breaking consistently in only your build. That's a bunch of GB and time, so do it overnight. Other things that come to mind are network errors - Does this happen every time you load a map, or is it only occasionally? Do you have issues loading matches in matchmaking and custom games, too? What about other, (non-Halo) games? This could indicate something with your router or ISP. You can probably fix your router by cycling it - turn it off, and turn it on again. If it's an ISP thing, you can call their help desk and explain your problem - that'll be annoying, because help desks. May want to try googling "[ISP name] Halo 5" or something similar. Lastly, there's always the Waypoint support forums. They take a while, but 343 does respond to them with some frequency. Try to describe your problem in full there, to get helped more quickly. Basically anytime I load the file it sits still for a few seconds, and then returns me to the menu. My internet is much better than it used to be, so it's not that. I can load other files fine it's just this file that has a problem. I basically created a backup overnight and got my progress on it up to what I had on the original file. The original file is the one that won't load, but the backup loads fine, so I can continue progress on the backup.
