As the title says...I am trying to improve my lighting in sigs. I am not yet to the point where I put renders on top of backgrounds. I kind of just make my own but i would like to get out of that habit.

There is the sig, actually now looking at it, I think that the lines ruin it..hmm...

    what ya think?

Pretty good. The lighting isn't bad. Just kind of plain the c4d's make it very lively so nice job.

compo could be better, as in focal placement

compo=composition which is combining two things to make a whole. In this case, make the guy and the background fit together like they were meant to be.
    That's my guess.

Compo does equal composition but in sig making composition means how the sig is put together

    i.e.:
    focal placement
    flow
    effect placement
    basically, placement :p

Yeah the focal is too far off to the right, IMO

It's still probably your best, effect-wise, but it's very monotone
