[SIZE=+6]Guardian Weapon Dispenser[/SIZE] This is basically just a weapon dispenser switch. You first shoot the power cores, which will blow up a gravity lift spawning a sister one below. The spawned gravity lift will push the weapons up the lift and into weapon holders. 1.Here is the button, the trigger to the switch: 2.This is what it looks like before activation: 3.Then you shoot the explosives to activate the switch: 4.Then the sister lift spawns: 5.The weapons go up the lift: 6.Then they should land in the weapon holders(unless they get hit by the remains of the bombs: [SIZE=+4][SIZE=+2]Map Link:(Click Here)[/SIZE][/SIZE] [SIZE=+2]I will try to make a V2, but on Black Out[/SIZE]
nice idea, you never see stuff like this on old maps. is it plausible to do this with a mancannon on foundry?
nice idea... but take some explosives away n put it somewhere out of the combat... or u no what would be cool... but the weapon part up high so u cant grab them (if thats possible down there... then u could make a playable map w/ this switch... nice job w/ the switch its pretty creative like how it lands on a weapon holder... congrats...4/5
Thats, a pretty nice switch you have going on there. I never would have thought about making something like this - especially on an old map. (Don't worry, thats a good thing!) I see it pretty in-practical for most game scenario's but if you could do the same with a man-cannon on foundry and incorporate it into the map (prefrably so you can't get the weapons before the gravi lift spawns). This is a great idea and + rep for thinking of this.
Could anyone tell me where is the ****ing relevance in that? Anyways this is really cool, I would try and block off every entrance to bottom gold for V2 if you were up to it.
Well for one, "Guardian" is spelled as I put it. Looks pretty cool, haven't seen anything too similar to it, the only problem would be that it doesn't seem that it would work more than 50% of the time, but I'll try it out when you post up and the map and see.
You need to move it somewhere out of the way somehow, because you can't use it in-game practically. It is a nice idea, though, and I do enjoy seeing people forge on the original maps again. Nice work.
Hey i had an idea like this, but on foundry... It's basically a structure with many tubes holding one type of weapon each. Then, two grav lifts are destroyed by some sort of switch. They randomly spawn in two different tubes sending two different types of weapons into play. This makes each game on the map different. I am glad that a grav lift can push a weapon off of a weapon holder. Now I need to know if grav lifts randomize when destroyed. Thanks for showing me that this is possible.
mabye you could find a way to put the explosives ontop of the yellow grav lift so it looks kinda like this R E G G G G Where the g's are the grav lift, the R is the roof and the E is the explosives It's a really good idea I might try to make a Guadian map now.
