I am back again, dusting off the cobwebs of my FH account once again to bring you another map. This project begun with my good buddy purpledinosaur0 back at the start of Halo 4. However, development took an extremely long and frustrating time due to many newly discovered forge restrictions in Halo 4, me being away from my xbox, Purple being a **** with his **** friends and us splitting from the project near building finalization (leaving me to finish, tweat and test it). When I got from being out of town, I gave a shot at finishing this with the spare time I had (I have too much nowadays for some odd reason). Like District 38, testing took forever with lobbies being surprisingly difficult to achieve, many balancing issues being fixed and countless hours of forging to improve the project. As much as I hated working on it, I can finally say that it is finished and that I have some content for this damn game. About Fungi Factory: You and your science team are harvesting "Type-J" Fungi, a very useful material for fuel once extracted and processed. Such a material is so rare, so expensive and so powerful, that it must be harvested fresh. Thus, mines and factories have been built around Fungi hot spots. Type-J Fungi is also very highly toxic and is very lethal to humans. However, during an harvesting accident at Fungi Factory 49-C, a few humans that were exposed to the Fungi started to mutate into vicious zombie looking monsters. The cause of the mutation with the humans is unknown and Type-J Fungi is not supposed to trigger such a violent chain reaction as it can only be lethal if the exposure is not treated immediately. As you can figure out, the location has been compromised. Get to the surface elevator before it is too late! Info: Fungi Factory is a linear/progression/journey flood map, that is built on the water bed of Erosion. It was originally inspired from the HotDIII winning pair of maps, District 38. Purple saw inspiration from his own map series called "Lab Escape". Fungi Factory was originally going to be named Lab Escape 4, to tie in the the Lab Escape series. Wow. THe aesthetics on this maps are great! Very pretty! It reminds me a lot of Guardian and 343 Guilty Spark(Campaign mission). Overall, the aesthetics are beautiful, but I can't really tell how the map will play just by the screenshots, so I will download it, and do some testing! Nice map!
