Although I don't think you could do this (my theory), would you be able to sign up as many different e-mails, earn them all 2000 points and then go ahead and use that code on your gamertag? And if thats not possible, wouldn't you be able to change the e-mail your gamertag is subjected to? Like instead of my e-mail being connected to my usual hotmail one, I could sign it up under something else? Although I forget how to do that.
You can do that, it has to be a live ID though, so preferably a hotmail address to save having to register it as a live ID. Its pretty easy to change, just press A on the pic of your gamercard and select modify membership (I think, its something along those lines anyway) I'm not sure of the restrictions on having multiple hotmail addys as I've never tried, but if you're allowed then you could indeed just do it with many email addys, let them all build up, then just switch the email linked with your XBL account and type em all in. I love how when something is free, people think as hard as they can about ways to defraud the system and get even more free stuff. I really love it.
Well, hey, I don't cheat, but when it comes to stuff that I can't buy that they're giving away for free, that makes my brain actually start working. I also like to see if there is a way to break the system, like always.
Don't get me wrong, I'm with you on this one. I always find a mental challenge more fun when there are free things at the end Plus, any chance to get anything free from MS should be jumped at.
My system is: Sign up for 2000 capped promotion 10 times. Sign up for 10 Live ID's. Sign up for 10 XBOX Live US Silver Accounts Sign up for 10 email accounts Add all information about the accounts to a notepad for later. Do everything to earn 2000 points per each account, add to each Live ID, once you've done this go and recover all the gamertag's you've made that each have 2000 MS points on. Download content, arcade games, map packs etc to XBOX 360. Repeat until satisfied.
Ahhh. You might of beaten me to it. The only problem with that list of crap to do is the fact that you need to make a large amount of silver accounts and I figured that I could use my original account and move it to the different live accounts and use the points on those. But yea, ima gonna do the same, thats 20,000 points right there. I'm also going to help out my friends too.
it only works for me for the first day = yesterday. when i try today, it says: You have already redeemed the maximum number of coupons allowed for this promotion. do i have to wait a few more hours or what? any help please?
Read the whole thread. You enter that code in then do the thing once each day and it works up to 2000 points. At the end of the contest you get a code and you can redeem it for the amount of points you received.
I thought it was per e-mail. They might be tracking gamertags, but if it comes down to that, I guess I will have to start making silver accounts and just do that... Oh well, it's cool.

If you have more than one computer on different IP addresses you can get more points. There are 3 computers in my house, so I'm damn happy. Make sure you use different emails for each computer. Also, I think you have to wait 30 days each time you change your Windows Live ID on your XBL account.
Your IP is to do with your modem i thought,so its doesnt matter if you'v three...if youv only got one modem between them.....
Well, your modem gives you an IP address, but if you have a router, you can change it easily. THanks for the tip, now I'll get all the points I need. BTW, does it track your gamertag or no?
