This belongs in OffTopic. Next time I see something like this you get a permanent infraction. Only discussion-worthy topics can be made as threads in GenChat, not topics that support a single answer (such as a question) As for the toolbar, it was developed ages ago to quickly link to the site, RSS feed and the IRC chat.
