After seeing this contest by mere chance in a discord "media" channel I got excited and remember the old halo 3 days. I thought you know what, why not make a map for old times sake. This is the first time I've ever tried to make a slayer type map before. I had the idea of making the map look halo-esqu. The tubes going across are suppose to be like something we'd see in a halo campaign (like rings or some type of energy channel). I wanted to use the metal/forerunner pallet since the rock pallet has been done to death on sandbox. Unfortunately though, I was unable to finish the map as I was unaware that there is a glitch/bug where the original items on the map don't actually get deleted in the item count if you delete them. I would have saved the red and blue columns, weapons, overshield and spawn points had i known that. My plan was to have an energy sword floating from a phrased weapon holder. I would have had just enough object items to add stuff in the middle for cover and blocking angles but didn't bother once I saw someone talking about the bug. I was also going to fix stuff on the map that needed to be readjusted but I don't enough time to start from scratch because of a bug.
