Forge Hub's New Skin

Three looks stupid. I voted for number one simply because 2 is bad. and 3 is too similar.


Or what you can do, is import all 3 and let the users have a choice so everyones happy.

A sleaker version of #1 would do the job. Keep it simple. Keep it professional. 2 looks really messy. Too many colours,

 

I would say either leave it the same or pick the third one or else I would will quit forgehub. It just doesn't seem like it should be like the other two because we have had this look for awhile.

 

2 is too drab, and 3 is too similar to this one. 1 ftw. It's a bit rough, though.

 

i would be ok with one if you got rid of the checkered pattern in the top right, it's just a bit strange IMO.

 

Three looks nice. Although I like the original one also. Depends on what you guys want to do. I just wouldn't like a dark and dreary scheme.

 

Id go for number three.

 

#1 gets my vote ... because its different to the one we have ... and i like it better than 2.

NO! I have decided I love forgehub the way it is, why can't you accept it for its inside, leave it ALONE!

 

I changed my mind from earlier. I thought about what would be best for the people that want a skin change, and also what would be best for the people who don't want a change.
The answer is simple. Change everything that is blue(top bars,post reply buttons,highlights) on the current skin to the same shade of red as the word "hub" in Forgehub.
It would look new and have the same familiar feel as the current one and add more personality to the Forgehub name.

I vote for the one we have now. The first two are too dark, and the forth isn't changed much, so why bother?

If I had to vote I would say 3, even though I for some reason originally voted 2 (doesn't matter-3 is pwning all anyway)

 

I like the third one - staying true to our colors.

 

Where did you hear that? It takes the exact same amount of electricity to display the screen color no matter if it is blue, black, red, yellow, white or any other color. Go smack the person who told you that.

IMO-White hurts the eyes, number #2 looks like the buttons could get annoying and #1 just looks nice, but it isn't really all that dark.

 

I think the third would make a great default version, and the first choice would make a good alternative skin for users to choose. Forgehub is well established and known for its color scheme. If you change that too much you change Forgehub's identity.

 

So many people are afraid of change...
Sorry I missed this, I like bright themes. It attracts more people, usually. 3.

 

I kinda dig 2 actually, ive always liked dark colors.

 

I would advise that the current skin is still selectable along with the new one(s)
