Ok so i had this idea. do you think it Would it be possible to wedge a hornet (Or banshee, i dont think it would hold the weight of the elephant though) into the elephant and fly it around? (and Steer) Also i dont think i could use explosives because it would destroy the hornet Any ideas?
That might work. put the gravity lifts in the elephant (where there is a ceiling )and place closed drop pods in the grav lifts. In theory since the drop pods have more mass than the elephant and yet can be pushed by grav lifts the grav lifts would push the drop pods up lifting the pods and the elphant with them. but that is only vertical thrust i dont know how you could pilot it. oh and welcome to forgehub
i say try it, with enough help it could actually work. but i think it would be really hard to steer. but if u acomplish it send me a pic.
Push the hornet down into the elephant with a grav lift maybe? Ive not had much look so far.. i have put the grav lift and drop pod in the ceiling area at the front where the mongoose is but because its not balaced it just pushes up and falls on its back. i may have to create a celing of boxes to get it up When i get it to actually go up ill worry about steering

yes but with a hornet attached imagine what you can do. ------------------------ I have made a prototype as i am past my stuckness. Ive been experimenting and got it to go up (yayyy) ive wedged in a hornet (and some ghosts for extra heaviness) Current things it can do: - go up - limited amount of steering. basicaly all you can do is stop it going out of control by pushing up, you cant realy turn. problems: i have no spawns on the elephant so you have to fly up there as forge and get into the hornet while its going up. (quite hard takes a few go's) i have 2 flying elephants, one failed and one worked. If you want to see send me a friend request
well you could put spawns in it and set the grav lifts not to spawn at start this would give u enough time to get in the hornet
I dont think its possible my friend said he got a hornet in thr lower part of the elephant but i dont really believe him
i dont think so because the hornet isnt strong enough but hey i am not sure so go try it if it works post something because that would be so cool
I've just been able to take the Banshee, fly into the Elephant, and then fly into the air with it before.
