I've made maps before on reach and H3... But I want to start making some serious, nicely forged maps. I don't have many people on my friends list that play customs so that's a big down fall to testing my maps, I also have very little knowledge of spawns and could use someone to help me out with that. Any tips/advice/help would be appreciated greatly.
Welcome to Forge Hub! Map making is a challenge but it can be fun and rewarding. I'm sorry you don't have a good group to play custom games with because that is where custom forged maps can really be fun. They have custom games on forge hub here on Fridays sometimes so you could check that out if you are looking to play test your stuff. If you haven't watched any tutorials on forging in Halo 4 yet then that would be a good place to start. Thanks and I'll add you when I get the chance. But I warn you, I'm using a kinect for a substitute for my mic right now. My mic broke, and for some reason on Halo games the game sound is so much louder than other games so I can't hear anyone's voice over the noise of the gun shooting and stuff like that .
Sorry about your mic. Kinnect is definitely no substuite lol. I think you can lower in game sounds and raise voice sound, but I don't know how much that would help you.
