Try keeping with one focal and making the sig flow and even if you don't plan on using it, it is way to big. Mess around with it and look at some beginner tuts.

 

You pasted .gif's on a background and added text.

 

Actually, I see what you're trying to acheive. I think you have a wonderful idea going.

 

I suggest u start off with tutorials. Try making sigs following tutorials and once u get the hang of it then develop your own style and try your own.
