Bungie.net : Reach : Game Details I did research Getting it on KOTH countdown and there team only had 5 kills total and there ranks where both under warrant officer grade 3. I would say the other team sucked. Just saying it isn't expected to be got in a fair game(where you just slightly outdid opponents 1v1 50 times in a row) the medal basically means "I had a game where I dominated the opponents" I'm still jealous of everyone who has one, I've been 1 kill away from it but a pole got in my way of someone who was one shot then moving around the pole I died. :'(
