Anything from Metroid, most things from the Tony Hawk series, and anything from the Jet Set/Grind Radio (Future) games. I just realized how confusing that series' naming can be.

The music in the mission High charity in Halo 2 . Its at the part right after you save the marines and go into this epic battle between the eliets, brutes, hunters, grunts, buggers, jakel snipers, and humans in this open valley area with swamp and bolders everywhere.. The song I believe was called "Valley of Tears"
Most of the songs from the Starfox Series. Especially the Starwolf theme from Starfox assault, the Battle on Katina, and the Area 6 level.

I dont really have a favourite though I found it quite amusing in Bioshock when there was a jukebox or gramophone and it was playing 'Papa loves mumbo' or 'How much is that doggy in the window' and having splicers attack you and you hitting them with a wrench, 'How much is that *whack* doggy in the *thump* window'.
