Mongoose Orbit. A Sandbox sky-bubble map variant Let me get started with this. There is a huge perfect circle track in the skybubble. Along the giant ring there will be 4 evenly spaced bases where people spawn, and also where mongooses spawn. These bases have various low grade weapons. Each base has a long bridge that connects to the center of the map where there is a base slightly larger than the others, and this base could contain cool stuffs like rockets or lazers. This map is called Mongoose orbit, for the main mode of transportation is obviously the mongoose, and if some scenery objects are carefully moved in forge then it can be converted into a race track. This map would work pretty well with most fighting gametypes like TDM, FFA, and even zombie gametypes and such. Pinball Fall: An Avalanche Variant for once, This map is very simple and fun, so simple in fact that someone might have already thought of it. In Pinball Fall there is a huuuuge wall, not as much a wall as it is a huge narrow rectangular, hollow box. The top side will be open, the bottom side, the back side and the left and right sides will be solid walls, and the front face will be the clear, glass like walls. Inside of this tall, wide, and narrow box will be scattered, and spaced apart, energy barriers. And on the top on a platform behind the open top of the box will be random vehicles, mainly mongooses, warthogs, and ghosts on a platform behind the open top of the box. This is also where people will spawn. There will be a teleporter at the bottom of the box and the vehicles will respawn back at the top after a while. (I think). On the top platform there will be another teleporter that can teleport people to an observation deck far out in front of the pinball wall where people can watch others cascade all the way to the bottom. There is another teleporter on the ground in case anyone falls off. *DISCLAIMER* *I don’t own an Xbox360 let alone a copy of Halo 3. The only true forging experience I have had is minimal, but I love coming up with ideas. I have no clue about respawn times or the properties of a respawn, or how high or far vehicles will bounce when they hit energy barriers. I really wish to do true forging in the future.
Once again bud, stick with the default color. With the newest layout, most people cannot read the black text. The pinball one seems like Avalanche's barriers wouldn't allow for it, seeing as you can only reach a specific height. The Sandbox idea seems a little simple. Although I like them a lot, I don't see myself making such creations in the near future. Keep thinking up ideas dude! Your great at it!
