Gametypes - can be played with any, but best for 2 or 4 team ctf and assault, as well as slayer.

Brave the eternal sea - a vast, expansive desert broken down into 3 (roughly) [IMG]ring-shaped sections (Tiers).
Three-tiered 4-way map that begins with a fortress at the center of the desert and spreads outside the bounds of the map and into the land-mine ridden wasteland...
Eternal sea is designed for 4 team battles of any type, but can be used just as well for two team or even free for all fights. Here's the breakdown:

Tier 1 (innermost ring) - A fortress construct in the center of the map, housing a plethora of potent weapons (Missile Pod, Rocket Launcher, Gravity Hammer, Energy Sword). The first tier contains two teleporter systems: one sends you randomly to one of 4 wasteland receivers (third tier), the other to a random 2nd tier receiver.
Tier 2 (middle ring) - The second tier consists of 4 bases. Each base starts with 1 Warthog, 2 SMGs or pistols, 1 Assault Rifle, 1 Spartan Laser, 1 Shotgun, and 2 Battle Rifles, as well as equipment and grenades. Each base guards 1 teleporter that relays the traveler to the first tier.
Tier 3 (outermost ring) - Use of the 1st tier teleporter atop the fortress should be reserved only for the brave...and the desperate. Third tier receivers are spread to the far corners of the map, past the normal boundaries. Here you will find a hectic, Mongoose-aided, tripmine-dodging dash back to the center, as there are no teleporters to aid you. A fully-loaded sniper rifle awaits you at the third tier...is it worth it?

Confused? Try this...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v288/ebland2/untitled.jpg - Red square shows the location of the 1st Tier. Blue squares show the bases and (approximate) perimeter of the 2nd Tier. The 3rd Tier (not shown) extends beyond the bounds of the map in all directions from the 2nd Tier.

- another of the 4 bases (2nd Tier)
- a third of the 4 bases (2nd Tier)
- the Mongoose is your only way back from the desolate 3rd Tier sniper spawn...

If you liked this map, please comment/rate, and check out my file share! I have many more maps and have spent countless hours in Forge making them (probably more time than I've spent actually playing Halo 3...). And check my file share occasionally, I am always working on new maps...

And, one more note...I have not been able to play any of my maps thus far with anyone...therefore there is zero playtesting...so, if there are any balance issues or anything else, please let me know and I will try to take care of them. Thanks!

I will download soon, if only for the sake of getting out of the map and sniping people.

As nice as it is to get outside the map, I could only find myself playing this map with a full party of 16 people, considering it is Sandtrap. This is a huge map which makes it hard create an innovative design, but I like your concept however. Good efforts.
