This area is based on the smaller asteroid of impact. ENERGON!! is based on Impact. Its layout is symmetrical and predictably takes insipration from an open plan space station partially embedded into the crater itself. Making use of the natural terrain as much as possible the map is bordered by a rock face and open view to the larger asteroid. There is a central room structure where a cluster of consoles gives a schematic of the surrounding asteroid. This is roofed by 4 pillars and man cannons to the outlying 2 story UNSC buildings. The 2 central bases provide cover (and flag locations) whilst the 2 bottom bases house a warthog each and are linked by a light bridge. There are also numerous aesthetic details in-keeping with the description of the map. The opening 30seconds will determine who makes the power weapons, but do you go for Sniper, Rockets or the Sword. Maybe just go straight for the single Ghost on the map? Selling Pitch ENERGON!! takes its name from the element the asteroid is predominantly composed of. Early investigations have shown the element to be a significant source of energy once refined. ENERGON!! is the name of the self powered research station on the asteroid. The objective? To investigate and harness this new energy. With so much available what can go wrong? Other Details This map has been been playtested by a casual crowd and performed well.
