I think that Bungie should just ban people who switch to Elite JUST FOR SWAT. Like, there could be a system that detects if you switched to Elite before playing SWAT if you were not an Elite before, and it could send you a warning to not switch to Elite just for SWAT. If you did it again, it would ban you from matchmaking for a day. If you did it again after that, it would be a week.

i think that they should just get rid of elites in general. they should have just made more armor for spartans and left elites out

Ayers11, just play the game and if you don't like it, stop playing.

They're really not that bad, but they do have an advantage when you're trying to shoot them from behind. I admit that, for one game of SWAT, I switched to an elite, and members of the other team would try to shoot me from behind, fail, and I would spin around and quickly headshot them. So yes, they do have an advantage, but only if you're behind them.

-Also- Bungie has said in an official post that they can not force player model switches, so there's no use in complaining about it.

We don't have an advantage, that is not honorable, if someone attempts to use us as an advantage, I go to silence them, simple as that!
Oh, by the way, I do play as a spartan, but usually its about a 10% chance I swap over and even then its only for a few games

Why did this thread of endless bickering come back to life to haunt my Subscribed threads once more? Simply skimming through the pages will sum up everything anybody else from this point on has to say. There's no reason to post.

Well on topic, I am certainly not the biggest fan of SWAT. Host always wins in a battle, camping is off the charts, Halo isn't even designed for one-shot to the head type of games. But complaining about the game isn't going to stop this arguement either. If you don't like it, don't play it, my now thought out opinion.

yeah, but the elites head is a much larger target in profile (from the side) than the spartans, so it kinda equals out, im an elite all the time, and im no better than the next guy in swat
