Nah, it won't be about werewolves. In the code you can find references to Daedric Lord Hermaeus Mora and his realm of Oblivion called Apocrypha. That's what the dlc will be about, I'd imagine, just as The Shivering Isles was all about Sheogorath.

There are at least 3 of those exits around Skyrim. I believe there is one going south from Falkreath and one heading east from Windhelm as well. These seem to me just to be the real roads on the fictional continent, placed there just because they would really be there in the lore. I always found it weird in Oblivion how there were just no roads out of the country.

I guess that makes sense because Bloodmoon was about Hircine.

Yep. They've already had tremendous parts of it done.

Also for anyone planning to download it when it is finished, you also need to download Morrowind...

I hope that it's comparable to Shivering Isles in terms of size and scope.

I like the general aesthetic it is going for, but i can only wonder how useful a dragon actually would be against a dragonborn dragon priest. Also curious how dragon riding works in general.

Seriously guys. Seriously, guys. Guys. Seriously.

SOLSTHEIM WAS THE ****ING ****. Seriously. I remember back when I got my Morrowind GotY edition, and ended up on that glorious island before even really starting the main quest (cus I was like nine and had no clue where to go). Going through the quests to form the settlement? Oh god. When the dude spoiler'd you in the middle, or you side with him and instead spoiler the town. GOD. Loved that ****.

I haven't been this excited for a game in forever. And this is only DLC.

Yeah, I agree. **** the dragon bullshit, I'm excited for the island of Solstheim and stuff from Morrowind returning. Seeing that House Redoran architecture and those Telvanni mushroom towers got me really excited. Hearing Max von Sidow's voice as a new old Nord guy talking about dragons, riding dragons, the dragon priest, not so much.

I never played, nor do I think I ever will play Morrowind, so I will never get as much of a nostalgia boner for solstheim as you guys. I just want a solid, shivering isles size dlc for skyrim.

*gets huge boner for Solstheim* ...

Seriously, it was the best add-on in the history of Elder Scrolls ... that Glacier was amazing when you first saw it/entered it. Good times. I remember genuinely not feeling at all bad-ass walking around those frozen wastes and being ass-raped by spriggans.

    Seriously. Guys.

Bloodmoon was far better than Shivering Isles in my opinion. The characters were just as good, the story was more engaging It wasnt as big, sure, but it was groundbreaking; werewolves, frost trolls, daedric princes, the first time seeing snow and grass. That GLACIER was stunning for its time. And the fact that there were two equally long quests; the settlement AND the main path. God. That will always hold a spot in my heart.
