The main questline shouldn't have taken more than 20 hours unless you were really really really taking your time with it. I finished the dawnguard faction quest line in 14 or so hours.

But if you were doing side quests during that time and normal skyrim quests as well as exploring etc it could take as long as you want it to.

Dawnguard. I probably would recommend not getting it at 1600 msp. Eventually it will come down and there just isn't the content in it to justify 20 bucks. As I said before, I still enjoyed it but that's just because I enjoy skyrim. What few novel moments there was were neat but ultimately fleeting.

Can you unlock all of the quest achievements by playing as Dawnguard?

Yes, but you have to be a vampire for one of them. It is possible to become a vampire while doing Dawngaurd.

They're mostly just an annoyance. Any thoughts on the possible name for the next DLC, "Hearth Fire"?

Dragonfires come to mind, but that wouldn't make any sense. Maybe it's sort of like Dawnguard but instead of vampires there are daedra? IDK, I'm just throwing out ideas.

I'd love to see more about the dwemer to be honest.

They did Daedra with shivering isles, I would like to see something different, Dwemer come to mind, as does adding in the silver hand as a playable faction for maybe a smaller dlc. But that industrialized underground feel from most Dwemer areas would be awesome to expand upon.

I know I already said this somewhere, but if they had an area deeper than Blackreach for the DLC, and the Dwemer buried there began to rise from the dead like the draugr... that would be epic. Throw in more supspecies of Chaurus, new Dwemer automatons and you might have an interesting side quest. I dunno how much content it would allow, but it would be cool.

they did daedra in the entirety of oblivion.

and im probably one of the few people who isnt really interested in seeing dwemer. i think theres much more interesting lore in the elder scrolls than dwemer.
also im fairly sure the dwemer left most of the combat to their machines, which we have plenty of in skyrim proper.

Lol Dawnguard has been out for a week and you are already talking about the next DLC?
Doesn't sound like this is worth my money.

It is worth your money, these knobs just ran through it. I'm playing it as an expansion to my cleric's pilgrimage, and I feel like I'm only half way finished.

    Yea I'll get it.
I was really just being coy about how people are never satisfied and are always on the helm for the next big thing.

Well, not sure which way to go.

    Daedric armour with Nakriin http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Daedric_Armor_(Skyrim)

or the Ancient Falmer Armour with Morokei http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Ancient_Falmer_Armor

Both look pretty badass, though Daedric takes 3 more perks for me to get it where I want it, plus about 3 to be able to upgrade it as much as I already can the Falmer armour. I'm not sure the 20 extra points of defense are going to be worth the perks + movement speed (the difference in movement speed between light and heavy armour isn't much, but I feel it in tight situations.)

Light armor totally trumps heavy. Even without touching smithing, getting 50% regen for stamina is really handy if you want to be self sufficient in combat.

So, what level do you have to be to find legendary dragons? I've read 78 but then I've also read that that's a load of crap.

I think I'm just going to wear my atherium circlet with the lover and one of the guardian stones to try and fly up to that level any way.

Are lengendary dragons the same thing as revered dragons?

I found a legendary dragon at 76 so I don't know of what the exact trigger is. It might be starting from 75 their exceedingly rare and the higher level you go the more likely you are to encounter one. Also no a legendary dragon is not the same as a revered dragon, the revered one is the stage before legendary.

Aetherium circlet + lover stone + the stone that helps smithing + that smithing boost from that one dwemer related quest = mad rush to 100 smithing for Dragon equipment. My cleric is rockin' full dragonbone with a mace that repels undead and causes extra damage at night (perfect for crypt clearing).
