I'm sort of role-playing as an Alik'r Conjurer/Warrior for my second profile. Obviously I'm a Redguard, I wear an Alik'r hood (turban,) Redguard clothes, daedric gauntlets, daedric shield and daedric boots. I'm level 36 and I must say, playing as a conjuror is really fun, but damn I wish there were more powerful conjuration spells. I've been using bound sword ever since I created him, but I'd really like one of their Scimitars (Curved swords) does anyone know how to get one besides killing the Alik'r guys?
Get pickpocket to 100? Also, major flaw in your persona. Redgaurds hate magic (in Oblivion there was a redguard in one of the mages guild that said he left hammerfell because nobody likes magic there. He admitted that he still stuck to restoration and avoided conjuration)
Thanks Pac, I'll be sure to check that out when I get there. What does the sword do? Obviously they gave it a unique name such as that, does it have a cool enchantment? Would it be faster to work my way through the entire Dark Brotherhood questline, or getting my pickpocket to 100? With Skyrim's exploits though I'd assume the latter.
...well I'd go through the dark brotherhood questline for different reasons then getting a scimitar. Like getting an almost indestructible horse, a powerful dagger, and a **** ton of money. And I don't remember what enchantment the weapon has.
...saying what some of the rewards for doing the questline are and explaining how to actually get those things are two different things. You fight dragons in skyrim, did I ruin skyrim for you?
I'm talking about the weapon, obviously. Finding unique gear in this series, and Fallout for that matter, is one of the more enjoyable aspects of playing it. You can answer the question without taking all the fun out of it.
The scimitar? I didn't say where it was, what the stats of the weapon are, what the enchantment was other than saying the existence of it and that it is located on a pirate ship that's hardly ruining the surprise. In fact what you said was even more telling than what I said. Other than saying that this particular scimitar has a name and that is on a pirate boat (out of dozen or so in skyrim) you mentioned he could find one during the last mission for the dark brotherhood. Which means a specific place and time if he does the missions. And further more, simply googling skyrim and scimitar would have resulted in that unique weapon as well so he would have indirectly found out about it anyway had he wished to wiki it.
Spare me, I was as vague as possible while still answering the question. If he chose to look it up, it would obviously be on him at that point.
As I said, other than saying the weapon's name I gave nothing to would "ruin" the surprise. And further I don't know why I'm arguing with you. If Ociee didn't want to know he wouldn't have asked. I gave him an answer to his question, he thanked me, conversation over. You don't have to feel angry on his behalf, that's just being a ****.
It seems no place on the forum is safe from you two going at it... OT tho, Freeze spells seem to wreck my **** any time they're used on me. I need some advice on building resistance to freeze or all spells for that matter.
lol ignoring him solves the issue of hearing from his idiocy. Real talk. Anyone else feel like they're not accomplishing much when they do anything in the game? It's really hard to explain, but it just feels like everything I do is just pointless now.
