Gonna just list all of mine, easier than thinkin of what my mains are. I'll bold my highest 5. Destruction: 19 Restoration: 30 Alteration: 15 Enchanting: 49 Smithing: 15 Heavy Armor: 26 Block: 21 Two-Handed: 17 One-Handed: 46 Archery: 89 Light Armor: 68 Sneak: 95 Lockpicking: 79 Pickpocket: 100 Speech: 55 Alchemy: 26 Illusion: 17 Conjuration: 15 From this you can pretty much see how it is that I play. Only reason Light Armor isn't higher is because I simply rarely take hits.
I'm so sneaky I don't need to be invisible, and I have boots that make me silent. I can literally stand in someones face and not get detected, as long as I haven't attacked yet.
Might as well post my skills too: Alchemy: 17 Illusion: 15 Conjuration: 15 Destruction: 15 Restoration: 15 Alteration: 15 Enchanting: 100 Smithing: 100 Heavy Armour: 56 Block: 20 Two-handed: 78 One-handed: 25 Archery: 20 Light armour: 25 Sneak: 20 Lockpicking: 30 Pickpocket: 17 Speech: 40
I made a mistake and missed my first wedding with my housecarl in Solitude, and now picked a different chick to marry, so now me and my wife live in solitude and my ex does too, because she is my housecarl. Lol gonna be some interesting conversations going on. Also something to note, I now use my wife as a fence for my stolen items. Awesome. SO much easier to get rid of **** now.
The home in Solitude is disappointing. There are all kinds of racks and wall mounts that don't actually hold anything. The dummies are nice, but it probably won't be my main house.
I think you can only have one wife... not about to try and find out if I can have more. It will only work for wives that decide they will open a shop where you live, so any warriors or whatever probably won't, though those wives will join you on journeys if you want them to. Also, all of the racks in the solitude home work for me, that being all of the weapon plaques, shield plaques, and weapon racks. You have to remember it only puts the current equipped weapon/shield on the rack/plaque The only thing I have a problem with is my staff of corruption always falls out of the rack when I enter the house (not when I put it in the rack), so I just put it in a chest like my normal weapons.
I'm aware, but most of them don't even give the option to activate. Of the three fully furnished homes I own, Whiterun is still proving to be the best in terms of storage and item displays. I'll have to buy the rest of them soon so I can settle on one.
Are you playing on pc or something? I'm on xbox, so perhaps thats why. Pc games lately have been pretty buggy on release.
I'm on PC and have not had one single issue. Riften is my favourite home, it is no bigger than Whiterun but has a lot of space for a character with stealth in mind. There are more weapon racks and shelves than Whiterun by far so you can store a lot of loot. You can marry companions and some normal NPCs, and when they move in with you, some of them become a store owner, so you can trade with them. I didn't manage to marry a fence but you would have to wait until near the end of the thieves guild so that you have a lot of fences to choose from. You can only marry once, so beware. I already killed my wife.
Actually, I have the perk from the speech skill tree that makes anyone i've invested money into, into a fence for me.
How is everyone so high level? I'm about level 18 and I've played it about 1&1/2 hours a day since it came out.
Well, I'm level 37, and my current life situation is as follows: >No Job. >Schoolwork has been relatively laid back lately. >For some reason, my mother hasn't let me go anywhere for the past 2 weeks, so I've been stuck at home with nothing to do BUT play Skyrim. I get in a good 4-5 hours on a schoolnight, and anything up to 16 hours on a non school night. As for my skills: Spoiler Alchemy: 30 Illusion: 24 Conjuration: 28 Destruction: 37 Restoration: 34 Alteration: 25 Enchanting: 53 Smithing: 100 Heavy Armour: 75 Block: 43 Two-handed: 35 One-handed: 87 Archery: 56 Light armour: 24 Sneak: 39 Lockpicking: 59 Pickpocket: 18 Speech: 49 My two handed is somehow at 35, although I've never used two Handed Weapons, except for maybe about 10 seconds. I've never pickpocketed anyone in the game so far (I'm saving the DB and the TG until I have little else to do so I can focus purely on developing my character's sneaky way. I see no reason to create a new one apart from perk bonuses). And I'm not sure how my Light Armour is 24 when I've never worn LA either. And god damn, there has to be a faster way to level up Enchanting. My current characer is using full Daedric armour except for the Helmet. My helmet is Nahkriin (Legendary). It's one of the Dragon Priest masks. It has a higher Armour rating than the Daedric Helmet, and it adds 50 to your Magicka and makes casting Destruction and restoration spells easier. As for weapons, I WAS using Dawnbreaker, but then I fell in love with Dual Wielding, so I'm using a Daedric Sword and a Daedric War Axe. I'll enchant them when my Enchant Skill is 100. My bow is a Glass Bow (I'll make a Daedric one when my Enchanting hits 100) that does 10 Fire Damage and has a high ass charge. I have 400 Dwarven Arrows, 200 Elven Arrows and 150 Glass Arrows, so I wont be running out soon.
You get like an enchanting level every 2-3 enchants at your level. Just buy loads of soul gems from Jarl court-mages, only buy charged if you can't or won't charge them yourself. Then buy loads of crap and enchant it. You don't really make a loss if you pick the right enchantments, but if money is no option, you can get 100 in one go.
Neoshadow, you play 4-5 hours a night?! Don't you get bored? Skyrim I can play for max 3 hours before I get restless and any other game it's about two unless it's an awesome party on reach.
