This map is great. Out of all the featured 2v2 faceoff maps so far, this one is the best. In a way, it looks like that it gives you this "cottage in a forest" thing, I dont know, just my opinion. Great job on the map guys.
I just did a forge through and this is a solid map, however one thing that kept drawing my attention was how easy this map looked to get out of so eventually I could not help myself anymore and got out of the map fairly easy other than that one problem, this is an amazing map

As for your comment on CTF, we have infact set up one flag, but with the face-off game-type (which was designed with mainly Yukon Canyon in mind) it was a bit ridiculous. If you were attackers and you managed to kill both defenders you'd almost definitely have a flag cap (due to long respawn times). If you turn down respawns to around 5 seconds it can play quite well, but as I found it to be pointless to do, the flag spawn set up is... well... there are no spawn areas... Otherwise, thanks for the feedback. Well there has been some major changes since when you have claimed to have seen iit which allow you to attack the high ground easier. Well, I attempted to make the map as unbreakable as possible, but due to the lack of a money glitch and the fact that if you DO escape it you will be disqualified, I decided to leave it as is.
to be honest.. this looks alot like -blank- (unreleased) and a crappy version of bayonetwork.. then again i loved both those maps so hopefully this pulls them together in an alright manner
I felt the need to warn whomever it may concern of the following: This map, Eclipse, is breakable. A simple grenade jump placed on one of A base's low walls near the ramp leading underground (the left one) can propell players onto the right side A sign. It would be easy enough to fix by simply placing the sign further back into the room. I just don't want this to be exploited and ruin the tournament.
Not to mention are complete ****ing douche bags that should probably quit Halo if they want to take all the fun out of the game by cheating like that.
this is just one of those maps that no comment is suitable for other than the good ol' "wow." Fantasmical job!
No starting points for Slayer or KOTH. It shouldn't really matter for either unless the gametype for Hill has them starting in sequence. Then you might want to fix them. Did you guys ever try out CTF on this? Seems unlikely since it's not set up for it at all, but it does seem like 1-Flag could have played really well. By the way, excellent map. I really love the layout, and the split-level base is *AWE-sooome!*

Lol, I was just giving him **** because when helping him test it the other day we tried playing those game types but the objectives weren't showing up. Was kind of weird being in an oddball game and never hearing "Play Ball" Was probably just a lag issue.
Ah, another great featured map. I played on it earlier today, and i loved it! The catwalk COULD use a little bit of work though... And i don't think the rockets should be in such a small map... But it still is a great map! I love the multi-level starting area! It adds great potential to the map!
