Sorry if this has been posted before, but I think this is a good suggestion that I think people that are forging maps should take into consideration, I have seen a lot of maps now with aesthetics such as crates with weapons in them, but the weapon 'floats' above it ultimately ruining the overall look. This is a quick trick with the spawning you can do to make it look a little more realistic. 1. First, spawn the open crate and the weapon/s of choice. 2. Put the weapon on top of the crate and set the crate to place at start false and set the spawn time to something like 20 seconds. 3. Start a new round. 4. After the new round has started, quickly go to where the crate will soon be, ( The weapon/s you placed should still be there) and move it a little inwards. 5. The crate should respawn and the weapon should stay where it is. There you go. The weapon should also be able to be picked up as well, so you now have a more 'improved' looking scenery.
I know that looks nice but there are too many glitches with fixed weapons for that to be a good thing. Fixed weapons, when dropped, float and cannot be picked up. Phased weapons have some other glitches in addition to that.
