Looks like it was either Photoshopped or Gimped, rather funny if you ask me lol. Also its a bit big but heck, its funny.
OK first off it is low quality, secound the beer is cut out very poorly and sticks out so much. The arms are ok the background is rather bland and boring mostly black and a C4D or something also. I can't say that this is very good at all, the table is shoty. So next time you need to get a higher quality render or stock, for renders go to Planetrenders.net it is a good site to use, also it has tutorials for you in the forums.
Well, it isn't a well done sig, but I think it was kind of a joke supernaut. IDK, but I think it is pretty funny. Next up: Monitors Gone Wild! ROFL
