Hello ForgeHub, my name is Peetzaman, and this will be my first submission. Some of you may have played the game Drag Race (This version is with my ruleset) from Halo 3, which was amazingly fun. For about a month, my group of friends who played customs played nothing else. Still, it was flawed. Every time a ninth person joined session, I felt bad as I had to kick them. However, this problem is fixed in Reach. With the ability to spawn 8 mongeese, the player limit jumps from 8 to 16! Thats right, all the fun of Drag Race in Halo 3 has now doubled! 8 teams competing for the glory of victory! Please note that although this map supports more players than Halo 3 did, it is in no way perfect or a better remake. With the removal of the VIP gametype, a large flaw arose in the game - How to detect who won. This has been somewhat resolved through the use of KotH, but I'm still looking for a better way. Currently, you reach the end and are teleported into a box with the hill inside, by for some reason if another person reaches the teleporter, they will also go inside the box and contest the hill. If you have an idea on how to fix this or remake it better, please let me know. Images will not be up for a while. Funny story behind that. Ask me if you want to hear it. i don't remember drag race... what do you even do? its a race evidently but what make it different form the hundred others? i might dl once your finished with pics and all, i was just woundering
Had an awesome time in drag race at Halo 3. Was going to make a remake but no idea how to start and end. But will think of something.
Use Rally or Rocket Race instead of KOTH and set score to win 1, then however many rounds you want. First person to that point wins, no contesting issues. To use Rocket Race you will have to download it. It gives you a lot more options that Rally does not have. Also, a better description as to what this game is and how to play for those of us who have not played it before would be very beneficial.
