OH NO! In Germany, we have to pay 1,60€ at the moment (~$2,20), but on the other hand, we don't have these boat like things you call cars here
Ok guys, I have a great idea. We should all go out and buy bicycles! Just to troll OPEC! Just think how mad they'll be when we save the environment, our bodies, and our wallets! LOL
NZ does but the gas here is now $2.20 a litre. And it keeps going up for no reason. Used to be it would go up in response to the price of crude, but as people noticed that they would put gas up the same moment crude went up but then take up to a month and a half to bring it back down again, they've just given up the pretense.
So instead of buying gas that day, we buy it the day before or after, yet we use the same amount of gas and over the week their profits will be the same. The integral of gallons/liters of gas sold per day over a longer period of time will not change. That's like dumping buckets of water into your neighbor's yard from your yard to keep your yard from flooding.
Want to lower gas prices? Switch to Nuclear Power in the large scale... Use public transportation, don't drive to a store around the corner, ride a bike instead...
