On forge hub. Do people really assume you make better maps if you post more? Do you make better maps? why is it so important? Why is it so complex a system? Why does it changes every two minutes? What is with all those weird names like "Loyal, and Reclaimer"? should there be less ranks? Who makes the ranks? Why don't the forgers get to vote? I think we should have a contest to come up with the next name/picture. Why are they all based on weapons, no vehicles, scenery, we are a forge group? I challenge anyone to answer these question
My first answer: fail. Second answer:It doesnt mean we're better at making maps, personally, I suck at it. It is just how much we commit to the community that makes our ranks.

I dont think rank matters at all, it just shows your commitment and you get a cool weapon to go with it. Also it doesnt prove that your good at making maps since about 90 percent of your posts are replies and creating topic's. While the other 10 or less percent might be your map posts if you even post maps.
Try and count... anyway, it doesn't matter your ranks unless you are a superior forger, (Guilder) Very helpful or intelligent person (Mod), or creator of the site (Admin) & are elected to the postion. Pretty much don't worry about it.
There is no "complex system" really it is just the title of the rank. All forums have this, it is just ours have picture as well. The names go along with the achievements you get when earning the point achievements. Did I miss anything? -Donuts
But I thought you said admins were elected anyway TDF answered the loyal question Here And thanks you have been helpful but I still want to know about why its only weapons and if you think having a contest for the next design would be a good idea.
I don't create maps at all, and I don't care if people have high rank, if the map looks bad from the pics, I won't DL. I don't DL depending on peoples rank.
But wouldn't it make sense that since this is a forge community the people that have been here longer would have forged more maps, and you know what they say practice makes perfect.
Rank does not matter what so ever. I've seen n00bs come in here and on their first post they have a better map than mine. But in most cases I realized this after they have spent a week trying to understand the rules of to how to properly post their map. :squirrel_giggle:

Does your rank have anything to do with how many posts uve posted or replied, it shouldn't be on how many maps youve made, and there are plenty of people who arent members here who are good at making maps
