UPDATED: Now version 2, with 5 gametypes! Download Map Download Gametypes: See below for more details Db Slayer Db Elimination Db VIP Db Hill Db Oddball Map 2 teams have to survive an onslaught of grenades while trying to kill the other team in an enclosed arena. 2 fences block the teams off from each other, so the only way to kill each other is to use grenades (or fusion coils) Normally, it's easy to make your grenades reach the back of the enemy's half, but harder to get anyone near their side of the fence. There are 2 gravlifts on each side to help you get a slightly better shot. There are also 6 mancannons floating above the fences, and these can be used to help aim your shots downwards. A mancannon at the back half can be used to get grenades across the court, if you're a good shot. You can also bounce grenades off the shield doors at the sides of the court to try to get people near the fence. Even with all of these, it would still be hard to kill anyone hiding near the fence. That's where the fusion coils come in. There are two rows of fusion coils in each half (they spawn every 10 seconds), and an empty space between the two fences in the middle. If you throw a grenade and it lands exactly in the middle of this empty space, you'll blow up both rows of fusion coils, killing anyone hiding near the fence on both halves of the court (including your team mates). If the grenade lands in the empty space, but closer to your opponents' half, you'll blow up only the enemy's fusion coils, meaning your team mates are safe, but the enemies nearby aren't. If you aim badly and it lands closer to your half, you only blow up your fusion coils, and you might end up with some betrayals. Gametypes: All gametypes are for 2 even sized teams. There are 2 rounds, each of 5 minutes. To prevent spawn killing, for 4 seconds after you respawn, your armour colour changes to gold, and you are also invincible. Here are the gametypes: Db Slayer: Kills are worth 1 point, and sticks are worth 2 Db Elimination: Kills are worth 1 point, and sticks are worth 2. Each person has only 5 lives, and their shields don't recharge. You can get back some health by damaging your opponents Db VIP: Kills are worth 1 point. The VIP is strong and slow and earns bonus points for kills. There is a bonus for killing the enemy VIP Db Hill: Kills are worth 1 point. The hill is in the middle of the court, and to control it, the teams must stand near the dreaded fusion coils. The more team mates in the hill, the more points you earn Db Oddball: Kills are worth 1 point. An oddball spawns on both sides of the central fence. The oddball carrier earns 1 point for every second they have the ball. Killing the enemy ball carrier earns you bonus points Screenshots Overview of the court The 6 central mancannons above the fences The central fences with the dreaded fusion coils The mancannon at the back of each half This proves that if your grenade lands closer to one set of fusion coils, only those fusion coils will blow up The shield doors I apologise if this is in the wrong place, or if there is something wrong in this post. I am still relatively new to posting on forums, so if there is anything wrong, let me know, and I will change it. As for the map itself, it has been tested to work with 4 players, although it is probably better with at least 6. There are enough spawn points for up to 16 players, but 8 players on each team throwing grenades all at once sounds like chaos to me. If you find any bugs, please let me know and I'll change the map/gametype as soon as I can. Thanks
