Here is my map Dockyard! It is my second map I've made on Halo 4 but the first one I am publishing. So far it is only set up for CTF but I will be adding Extraction, Slayer, KoTH, etc. I played it a few nights ago in my Customs Lobby and it seemed to go well. The containers get stuck sometimes and sometimes they respawn too soon so I'll have to fix that. If anyone that played in it tonight please give me feed back! The map is a large symmetrical map meant for 5v5, 6v6, 7v7, or 8v8. It features a semi-working moving container function that is meant to simulate a research team shipping out technology from a forerunner structure into a ship. Here are the pictures! I definitely like hte look of it, and w/o playtesting it I can say it LOOKS like a great map. how is it on framerate? Splitscreen?
Thanks! The framerate is fine. There might be a *slight* framerate lag when you 're on the ship and you fit the rest of the map into your screen. I couldn't tell if there was actually a tiny framerate issue or if I was just worried there was going to be one so I imagined it. Either way it wasn't an issue when I played but we'll see as I get more play testing done. I haven't tried splitscreen so I'm not sure.
