Version 3 is up, I had 477 downloads for the previous one, I urge all of you that have downloaded the old one to download V3, as it is nothing but an improvement. Thank you all that have given advice on how to make this better.

I don't know what this remake looked like initially but it looks pretty nice now. I don't see many issues with z-fighting and, while I'm not the best judge of accuracy/precision/scale in respect to remakes, it seems good to me. You could always do a soft kill boundary instead of a roof. That way, you could leave it open but jetpackers wouldn't be able to camp up there.
Well, that would work with a Desolation remake, but I'm staying true to the original, but that doesn't mean jetpacks are useless, I extended the roof a lot so people can jetpack to the top level instead of taking the telporters. Thanks for the suggestion though. Has anybody play this yet, because I need feedback on how the spawns and cover work, I'm afk right now.
Another way to solve z-fighting is to go into the edit options (the B menu) and change the coordinates of the object you are trying to line up by .1 degree. As soon as you make this change back out of the menu as fast as possible. This moves the object less than .1 degree.
Edit: Version 7 is up for download, the map is much cleaner, elites can go through the teleporters, and map is easier to navagate with colored pieces. If you downloaded a previous version, please delete it and download this one, as it fixes tons of issues.
This is probably the most accurate remake of Derelict when it comes to lighting and basic aestetics.(btw I also love what you did with the symbols on the walls and the way the teleporters look.)
