It is hard for me to choose which one is better. I do like this but the color just doesn't feel right if you look at it long enough.

You should bump up the contrast a tiny bit and play with the lighting a little bit more. And I agree also, the colors are a little off. Other than that, good job.

 

The 2nd one is better by far. But like lions said, the colors just don't feel right..

 

It's good, but it's just lacking depth that's all. Try using the burn tool a bit, and maybe a predominate light source?

Hard to really tell what should be changed, but try those if ya want.

i think you should resize it, make it a bit shorter and wider, and the text and font could be a lot better.

otherwise, i think it looks good, although the effects are a little repetitive
