Death Pyramid

    Well, I don't have any pics yet, though I have a video that basically describes the point. This was made by my friend, Zachary9990, and I. Anyways, here's the idea: this is meant for two teams of eight, or at least eight people. Of course, two teams is essential. No more, no less. Besides that, check out this vid to see the main atttraction.

    So what you have is 8 spawn points on top of the Pyramid. On the ledges across from the Pyramid and slightly downward, there are four spawn points on either side.

    The weapons:

    1 Sword
    1 Flamethrower
    2 Sentinel Beams
    4 Grav Lifts
    4 Trip Mines
    2 Power Drains
    2 Deployable Covers

    Well, I'm not exactly sure on that, but I think that's it...
    All the weapons are placed in formation near the ledge-guys' base. They're meant to be anti-vehicle weapons, because they don't have any vehicles of their own. Yet.

    The vehicles:

    1 Wraith
    2 Warthogs
    4 Ghosts
    These are all inside the pyramid. The guys who spawn on top of the pyramid can drop back into the vehicle pit. Or they can stay up top and snipe. Either way, they have a slight advantage at the beginning.

    However, the grav lifts, which are near the lower people, can be used to either remove the wall blocking them from the vehicles, send a vehicle flying, or to access and enter the pyramid from above.

    Ok first may i sayt that a pic is a 1000 words so i can not realy say much and i think from the disciption you have added a wraith very riscy

    Getting pics isn't hard. When you were getting the video, you could have gotten the pics.

    Well, I'm gonna go check out those rules... but if you haven't noticed, if you downloaded the video, it was made long ago, before I expected to post it anywhere. I have to wait about an hour and 45 minutes before it's my turn on the XBox (because of constant fighting between my brothers and me) and then I'll get the pics... btw, how do you get them onto photobucket from the XBox?

    Go to your bungie.net profile and find your high-res pictures. Save them to your computer and then upload them to Photobucket. Find the IMG code for each picture then implement them into your map thread.

    thanks... well, if i werent on my moms laptop, id do that right away. ill get them up by tonight

    Before you post your map on here, you should take a look at this. And make sure you have everything that is listed.

    yeah, the only thing im missing are those embedded pics... but dont worry, i wont post another map without them

    It's ok I guess. It's not really an aesthetic map, but more of a casual map. It could be cleaner with interlocking. If your new to forging, then you might want to play around in forge in learning how to interlock and all those little tricks that could dramatically improve your maps.

    hm... yeah, i made it before i knew about interlocking... this really is a fun map though, and the only reason i put it in aesthetics was because it's a pyramid. and it's meant for Snipers game type so i dunno... but i have a new, better map that doesnt use that kind of item, which is going in competitive... make sure to check it out!

    not even close to a good idea puttn a grav lift or ne vehicles where a wall made out of crates is i mean u could nok them dow nd just jump to the top of the pyramid but i would rate this map a 2/5 sorry.

    i dont see anything really amazing with this map, and it doesnt even look like you took your time into it

    You could use some interlocking and fill up some of those spaces on the map. Looks like you spent not even 20 mins on it.

    well that was my first foundry map. ive been experimenting but i havent implemented anything in yet... like ive been working on switches, interlocking, geomerging, etc. yet i doubt i'll ever make anything as awesome as some of the featured maps. i usually just add weapons, teles, and maybe random boxes. until nao. im still practicing but my next maps will be a ton better than this one. also: i spent over an hour on this due to constant mistakes and being brand new to forging. i know that isnt a ton of time but still.

    looks okay but i dont get the structure it looks odd, and i dont get the purpose of the map so yeah,
